What if the customer wants to talk to a real person?
VoxAI never leaves a customer hanging. If they ask for a person, it lets them know you'll get back to them shortly, flags the request as high priority, and sends you an immediate alert. You can also set a transfer number for genuine emergencies.
Can I listen to the calls afterward?
Yes. Every call is recorded and available in your dashboard for 90 days. You also get a full transcript and a plain-language summary of the key points - sent to your phone right after the call ends.
How long does setup take?
